According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, Shaho Hashempour, a 31-year-old resident of Oshnavieh County, was arrested by forces affiliated with the Intelligence Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran after he reported to the Oshnavieh Intelligence Department.
Based on this report, following his arrest he was transferred to an undisclosed location, and as of the time of this report, no precise information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest, his place of detention, or the charges brought against him.
It is worth noting that Abbas Hashempour, the father of Shaho Hashempour and a well-known civil and labor activist, has previously faced arrest and security pressure in past years due to his civil activities.
