Kermanshah; Death of Kamran Akbari, an Education Teacher, by Direct Gunfire from Government Forces During Protests

Kamran Akbari, a citizen from Eslamabad-e Gharb County and a teacher in the education system, lost his life after being directly shot by government forces during nationwide protests in Kermanshah.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Kamran Akbari, 45 years old, a teacher and the father of one child, was directly targeted by gunfire from government suppressive forces during popular protests in the Elahiyeh neighborhood of Kermanshah and was killed.

Based on the information received, this citizen was shot at close range with a military weapon in the abdominal area.
