Naqadeh; Issuance of an Indictment Against a Citizen and Case Referred to Judiciary

Mansour Abdollahzadeh, a Kurdish citizen from Naqadeh County who had previously been arrested by security forces, is now facing judicial proceedings after an indictment was issued against him by the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of the county.

According to Kolbarnews, following the completion of preliminary investigations and the issuance of an indictment by the review branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Naqadeh, the case of Mansour Abdollahzadeh was referred to the county judiciary. In the issued indictment, he has been charged with “membership in opposition groups against the country.”

Mansour Abdollahzadeh had previously been temporarily released from Naqadeh Prison on April 18, 2026, after posting bail. Following the completion of interrogation procedures, he had been transferred on April 8, 2026, from a security detention center to Naqadeh Prison.

This citizen had originally been arrested on March 14, 2026, by security forces at his residence. Simultaneously with his arrest, security agents confiscated part of his personal belongings and digital devices, including his mobile phone and laptop.

Mansour Abdollahzadeh, 41 years old, married, and the father of two children, is a resident of the village of Khalifan in Naqadeh County. Judicial proceedings in his case continue while no further details have been published regarding the evidence supporting the charges against him or the date of his court hearing.
