Sanandaj; Temporary Release of Arman Salimi and Shaho Mohammadi on Bail

Arman Salimi and Shaho Mohammadi, two detained citizens in the city of Sanandaj, were temporarily released after about one month of detention.

According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Arman Salimi and Shaho Mohammadi were released from detention after posting bail in the amount of one billion tomans each. These two citizens had previously been arrested on Sunday, January 5, 2026, by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.

The arrest of these two citizens was carried out without providing a clear explanation regarding the charges brought against them, and during their detention their families were unaware of their place of detention and legal status.
