Urmia; Arrest of a Kurdish Language Translator and Teacher, by Security Forces

Yousef Kolonkzadeh, a Kurdish language translator and teacher from Urmia, was arrested in recent days by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.

According to Kolbarnews, this citizen was arrested by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant, and the process of his arrest has been accompanied by serious ambiguities.

Based on the information obtained, Yousef Kolonkzadeh was transferred to an unknown location after his arrest and has so far been deprived of the right to access a lawyer as well as visits with his family.
