Mokhtar Hedayatfar, a Kurdish young man from Kermanshah, was killed by direct live gunfire during nationwide protests in Tehran.

According to Kolbarnews, during the nationwide protests on January 9, 2026, in Tehran, Mokhtar Hedayatfar, a Kurdish young man from Kermanshah, lost his life after being directly shot with live ammunition by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

According to this report, the body of this deceased citizen was among bodies handed over to families from the Kahrizak morgue and was buried on January 12, 2026, at Behesht Zahra Barimvand Cemetery in Kermanshah.

Mokhtar Hedayatfar, son of Mashhadi Qasem Beg, was married and the father of two young children named Roham and Arsam.
