Seyed Anwar Alavi, a citizen from the village of “Khanlar,” suburb of Oshnavieh County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to Kolbarnews, in recent days security forces arrested this citizen without presenting a judicial warrant and transferred him to an unknown location.
