Marivan: Detention Order for Mohammad Parvazeh Extended

The detention order for Mohammad Parvazeh, a citizen currently held at the Marivan Intelligence Detention Center, has been extended for another month.

According to Kolbarnews, the detention order for Mohammad Parvazeh has been renewed for an additional month by one of the investigative branches of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Marivan County. Based on the report, Mr. Parvazeh has been denied access to legal counsel and barred from meeting with his family.

Mohammad Parvazeh was arrested on July 23, 2025, by security forces without a judicial warrant in the village of Ney and subsequently transferred to the Marivan Intelligence Detention Center.

As of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against him.

Mr. Parvazeh, who is married and a father of three, is a native of Ney village in Marivan County. He has previously faced judicial proceedings and convictions due to his past activities.
