Soroush Karami, an 18-year-old young man from Kermanshah, remains in a state of absolute uncertainty 43 days after his arrest, and no information is available about his place of detention or condition.

Since then, despite repeated visits and follow-ups by his family, no security or judicial institution has accepted responsibility for his arrest or condition, and no clear response has been provided regarding his fate.

According to received information, during his 43 days of detention, this young citizen has been deprived of the right to phone contact and family visits, and has also been denied access to a lawyer; a situation that has intensified concerns about his physical and psychological health as well as his physical safety.
