Nasser Yadyar, Musa Yadyar, and Hamzeh Yadyar, three brothers from Bukan, were temporarily released from the city’s prison after a period of detention upon posting bail.
According to Kolbarnews, these three brothers were released in recent days after being transferred from security detention centers to Bukan Prison and posting bail.
Based on received information, Nasser Yadyar, Musa Yadyar, and Hamzeh Yadyar were deprived of access to a lawyer as well as family visits during their detention and had been transferred to Bukan Prison after the end of interrogations.
According to Kolbarnews on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, security forces, without presenting a judicial warrant, arrested Musa Yadyar and Hamzeh Yadyar in the village of “Qarmusali” and Nasser Yadyar in the village of “Dashband,” both in the vicinity of Bukan.
Additionally, Rasul Yadyar, another brother of this family, was arrested on the evening of Tuesday, December 16, 2025, by forces of the Intelligence Department without presenting a judicial warrant and, after undergoing interrogation, had been transferred to Bukan Prison.
As of the time of preparing this report, no official information has been released regarding the reasons for the arrest or the possible charges against these three brothers.
