According to Kolbarnews, security forces arrested this citizen from Mahabad arbitrarily and without presenting a judicial warrant.
Nearly 20 days after his arrest, his family and relatives still remain unaware of his place of detention, the reason for his arrest, and his physical and psychological condition.
