Ilam; Arrest of Meysam Nouri, one of the wounded patients, with broken wrists and teeth

As part of the continued raid by repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Ilam Hospital aimed at arresting protesters and the injured, Meysam Nouri was arrested despite suffering from severe injuries and transferred to an unknown location.

According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Sunday, January 4, 2026, Meysam Nouri, a 21-year-old resident of Ilam, was arrested during a raid by government forces on Imam Khomeini Hospital.
The raid was carried out with the aim of arresting protesters and those wounded during the popular demonstrations.

According to the report, Meysam Nouri was among the injured who, after being transferred to the hospital, was subjected to violent treatment by government forces and arrested despite his poor physical condition.

It should be noted that Meysam Nouri was arrested while several of his teeth and both of his wrists were broken, and he was in urgent need of medical care. Nevertheless, security forces ignored his medical condition and transferred him to an unknown location.

As of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding Meysam Nouri’s condition, place of detention, or fate.
