The injured man has been identified as Mohammad Salehi, from the village of Bikesh, a district of Baneh.
According to the report, Salehi was struck by live rounds to the head and back.
Due to the severity of his injuries, he was transferred to a hospital in Sanandaj and admitted to the intensive care unit.
