As part of the ongoing wave of arbitrary arrests in Ilam Province, security forces have arrested three children, and so far no information is available about their condition or place of detention.
According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Sunday, January 4, 2026, three children Amirali Abdian (16), Sadra Mansouri (17), and Firooz Faraji (17), all residents of Ilam were arrested by security forces near Imam Khomeini Hospital and transferred to an unknown location.
According to the report, these arrests were carried out without presenting a judicial warrant, and security forces provided no explanation regarding the reasons for the arrests.
It should be noted that repeated efforts by the families of these three children to obtain information about their children’s condition, whereabouts, and fate have so far been unsuccessful, increasing concerns about their physical and psychological well-being.
