Thirty days after the arbitrary arrest of Mohammad Javadan, a well-known blogger known as “Black Scorpion” and a Kurdish citizen from the village of Shourab, a district of Sirvan County, no reliable information has been released about his place of detention or condition, and the complete lack of information has increased concerns about his life and fate.

According to Kolbarnews, on Monday, January 12, 2026, Mohammad Javadan was arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial warrant and transferred to an unknown location. Since his arrest, security institutions have provided no official explanation regarding the reasons for his arrest or the progress of his case.
According to received information, the continued lack of information about the situation of this Kurdish blogger has raised serious concerns about the possibility of torture and severe pressure during detention. Some reports also indicate growing concerns about the possibility of heavy sentences being issued against him, including charges related to “leading protests.”
It should be noted that Mohammad Javadan had previously been arrested during the Jinā revolutionary uprising.
During his current detention, this Kurdish citizen has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer, telephone contact, and family visits, and this situation has intensified his family’s serious concern about his health and personal safety.
