Three citizens from Oshnavieh, including two minors, were arrested by security forces. Ribwar Mousavi and Zahir Azari, both 17 years old, were released after several hours of interrogation, while Fakhreddin Khaledi remains in detention.
According to Kolbarews, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Ribwar Mousavi (17), Zahir Azari (17), and Fakhreddin Khaledi were arrested by security forces in Oshnavieh.
Reports indicate that Mousavi and Azari were released after several hours of interrogation, but the whereabouts and condition of Fakhreddin Khaledi remain unknown.
Security forces carried out the arrests and interrogations without presenting any judicial warrant.
