Loghman Alizadeh, a Kurdish citizen from Takab and a resident of Karaj, lost his life after being directly shot by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic during the nationwide protests of January 8 in the city of Karaj.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Loghman Alizadeh, a citizen from the city of Tekab and a resident of Karaj, was directly shot by suppressive forces during nationwide protests in Fardis, Karaj, and was killed. In this incident, his young child, who was with him, was also injured.
According to an informed source, Loghman Alizadeh’s body was handed over to his family after the payment of 400 million tomans to security institutions, and on January 14, 2026, he was buried in his native village of “Gouy Aghaj,” a district of Takab.
Loghman Alizadeh was originally from the village of “Gouy Aghaj,” a district of Takab County in West Azerbaijan Province.
