Ali-Asghar Khodadadi, an 18-year-old architecture student from Esfarayen in North Khorasan Province, is another victim of the nationwide protests.
He lost his life after being directly shot twice in the chest with live ammunition by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Ali-Asghar Khodadadi, an 18-year-old architecture student from Esfarayen, was killed after being directly shot twice in the chest with live ammunition by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic.
According to this report, people took Ali-Asghar Khodadadi to the hospital after he was wounded. His father arrived at his bedside during those critical moments, and doctors made extensive efforts to save his life, but this 18-year-old young man died due to the severity of his injuries.

The body of Ali-Asghar Khodadadi was buried on Monday, January 12, 2026, after being handed over to his family, at the Koushki Cemetery in Esfarayen.
