Bukan: Arbitrary arrest of Two Citizens and transfer to an unknown location

Ebrahim Mardani and Rasoul Yadyar, two residents of Bukan, were arbitrarily arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.

According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Ebrahim Mardani, a resident of Bukan, and Rasoul Yadyar, a resident of the village of Gog-Tappeh, a district of Bukan, were arrested by security forces affiliated with the Intelligence Department.
Based on the report, the arrests were carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant or legal document, and the security forces transferred the two individuals to an unknown location following their detention.

As of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrests, the charges brought against them, or their place of detention.

It should be noted that Ebrahim Mardani has previously been arrested by security forces. On May 3, 2025, following his attendance at his child’s wedding ceremony, he was arrested without a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Additionally, on July 8, 2019, security forces raided Ebrahim Mardani’s home and arrested him without a judicial warrant, transferring him to an unknown location. After completing interrogation procedures, he was transferred to Bukan Prison on July 27, 2019.
