Baneh; A Worker Dies from Electrocution

A worker in Baneh County lost his life due to electrocution at his workplace.

According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, June 8, 2025, a worker from Baneh was electrocuted while working at a poultry farm located in the village of Khwajeh Mir, a district of Baneh, and died as a result.

According to the report, the identity of this worker has been stated as Vahab Darvishnia, a resident of Baneh.

It is worth noting that in the year 2024–2025, at least 2,042 workers lost their lives due to workplace accidents, and at least 16,113 workers were injured as a result of workplace incidents.
