Ali Moradi, a 26-year-old Lor citizen from Borujerd County in Lorestan Province and a resident of Karaj, is another of those killed in the nationwide protests in this city.
According to Kolbarnews, on Friday, January 9, 2026, Ali Moradi was targeted by direct gunfire from government suppressive forces to the throat during nationwide protests in Karaj and was killed.
After his death, the body of this citizen was buried in his hometown of Borujerd, at Bagh-e Rezvan Cemetery.
According to received reports, security institutions, during the process of handing over the body and holding the burial ceremony, exerted pressure and imposed restrictions on the family of the deceased in an attempt to prevent public information and the free holding of mourning ceremonies.
