Forty days after the arrest of Ramin Mohammadi, a citizen from Kamiyaran, there is still no information available about his place of detention or his legal status, and the continuous follow-ups by his family have so far remained unsuccessful.

According to Kolbarnews, Ramin Mohammadi, a 31-year-old citizen from the village of “Alak” in Kamiyaran County, was arrested by forces affiliated with the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and after one month and ten days, he remains in a state of complete lack of information, an issue that has caused serious concern for his family.
On Saturday, December 20, 2025, members of this citizen’s family, for the several time, visited the Sanandaj Intelligence Department to follow up on their son’s situation, but according to informed sources, they were met with insulting and disrespectful behavior by government agents. Reports indicate that Ramin Mohammadi has been deprived of his basic rights since the time of his arrest, including in-person visitation, phone calls, and access to a lawyer.
Ramin Mohammadi had previously also been arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence and after some time was temporarily released until the completion of judicial proceedings upon posting bail in the amount of two billion tomans.
Ramin Mohammadi was arrested in the early hours of Monday, November 10, 2025, at around five in the morning, with the use of violence in the village of “Alak” in Kamiyaran County, and was transferred to one of the detention centers of the Intelligence Department in Sanandaj.
