Ilam; Armin Dadfar, a 21-Year-Old Kurdish Youth, Identified as Another Victim

Armin Dadfar, a 21-year-old young man from Badreh County in Ilam Province, has been identified as another victim of the nationwide protests in Ilam, who was killed by live ammunition fired by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Armin Dadfar, a 21-year-old Kurdish youth from Badreh County, was directly shot with live ammunition by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic during nationwide protests in Ilam and lost his life.

Armin Dadfar, son of Mokhtar, was from the village of Sartang, a district of Badreh County in Ilam Province.

Based on the information received, the families of those killed during the nationwide protests have been forced to pay amounts ranging from 700 million to one billion tomans in order to receive the bodies of the victims.
