Four citizens from Saqqez have been temporarily released on bail after 61 days in detention.

According to Kolbarnews, on Saturday, October 18, 2025, four residents of Saqqez were released temporarily pending completion of investigative procedures, after posting bail.
The identities of these citizens have been confirmed as Omid Rahimzadeh, 47, son of Mahmoud, and Mehdi Kamali, 41, son of Saeed, both from Tavakolian village,
Zakaria Moradi, 35, son of Ali, from Shaqela village, and Mohammad Aminpour, 30, son of Ahmad, from Qatlu village, all located in Saqqez County.
During their detention, the four were denied access to legal counsel and family visits while being interrogated at a detention facility affiliated with the Saqqez Intelligence Department.
They had been arrested on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, by security forces from the same department without a judicial warrant.
As of the time of this report, no official information has been released regarding the reasons for their arrest or the charges brought against them.
