With the arrest of Hassan Shadikhah, a resident of Singan village, the number of recent detainees in Oshnavieh has risen to five. Earlier, Herish Pernia, Esmail Seyed-Mahmoudian, Shoresh Sarroti, and Shwaneh Ebrahimi had been arrested by security agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, December 3, 2025, Hassan Shadikhah, a resident of Singan village in Oshnavieh County, was arrested by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
His arrest brings the total number of individuals detained in Oshnavieh in recent days to five.
This latest arrest follows the previous detentions of four other citizens Herish Pernia, Esmail Seyed-Mahmoudian, Shoresh Sarroti, and Shwaneh Ebrahimi who were taken into custody in various parts of Oshnavieh and surrounding villages.
At 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2025, intelligence forces raided the home of Shoresh Sarroti, 28, from the village of Neliwan, and arrested him with violence.
On the evening of Wednesday, December 2, Esmail Seyed-Mahmoudian, 45, an employee of the Agricultural Jihad Office, was arrested at Oshnavieh’s coastal park in the presence of his family, without a judicial warrant and with the use of force.
That same night, Hersh Pernia was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
Additionally, Shwaneh Ebrahimi, from the village of Alkaveh, was violently arrested by security forces on the evening of Wednesday, December 2.
As of the time of this report, no precise information is available regarding the reasons for the arrests, any potential charges, or the current conditions of these five citizens. According to family sources, the detainees have been transferred to the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center.
