Mohammad Sohrabi, a resident of Piranshahr and one of the detainees of the “Jina Revolutionary Movement,” has been temporarily released from Nagadeh Central Prison after 318 days in detention, upon posting a bail of 1.5 billion tomans.

According to Kolbarnews, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Mohammad Sohrabi, a resident of Piranshahr and one of those arrested during the Jina Revolutionary Movement, was temporarily released from Nagadeh Central Prison after approximately 318 days (around eleven months) of detention, upon posting a bail of 1.5 billion tomans until the completion of judicial proceedings.
According to an informed source, his release had been opposed multiple times in recent months by security agencies, despite the bail already being secured.
Mohammad Sohrabi was arrested at his workplace on January 21, 2025, and his home was searched the same day by security forces. After a period of interrogation, he was transferred to Nagadeh Central Prison without any formal charges being announced.
Sohrabi had previously been arrested during the Jina Revolutionary Movement and had been sentenced by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to 16 months in prison and one year of exile.
