Kermanshah; Death of Seyed Shahab Peymberi, a Citizen, by Live Gunfire from Government Forces

Seyed Shahab Peymberi, a Kurdish citizen from Kermanshah and a retired employee of the Roads and Transportation Department, is the identity of another person killed during the nationwide protests in this city.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Seyed Shahab Peymberi was targeted by direct live gunfire from government suppressive forces in the Nobahar neighborhood of Kermanshah while he was with his son. As a result of the shooting, Shahab Peymberi lost his life and his son was injured.

The body of Seyed Shahab Peymberi was buried on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Bagh-e Ferdows Cemetery in Kermanshah.
