According to received information, this citizen has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer, telephone contact, and family visits during his detention, and his family’s efforts to obtain information about his condition have been unsuccessful.
More than one month after his arrest, responsible institutions have provided no explanation regarding the reasons for his arrest or possible charges against Malek Khalafi, and the continued lack of information has created serious concern regarding his condition.
