A worker from Nowsud fell from a tree while harvesting walnuts in the Shenroy area of the Kurdistan Region and died as a result of the severity of his injuries.
According to Kolbarnews, Fazel Jahangiri, 38, from Nowsud in Kermanshah Province, had traveled to the Kurdistan Region with two of his friends for work.
While harvesting walnuts in one of the orchards in the Shenroy area, he fell from a tree and, after being transferred to a hospital, died due to the severity of his injuries.
According to the information received, the body of this worker was transferred to the Halabja forensic medicine center and is being kept there for forensic examinations.
Every year, a significant number of workers from Iranian Kurdistan who, due to unfavorable economic conditions, migrate to the Kurdistan Region in search of work, face workplace accidents while carrying out their jobs, and a number of them lose their lives.
