Kiomars Advaei and Mostafa Advaei, two citizens from Marivan, have been temporarily released on bail pending their court hearings.
According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, Kiomars Advaei and Mostafa Advaei, two citizens of Marivan County, were temporarily released after posting bail until their trial takes place.
Earlier, the detention order for these two individuals had been extended for one month by one of the branches of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Marivan. During their detention, they were denied access to legal counsel and family visits.
Kiomars and Mostafa Advaei were arrested on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Selin village, a district of Marivan, by security forces, who raided their home without presenting a judicial warrant and transferred them to an undisclosed location.
As of the time of this report, no information has been made available regarding the charges brought against these two citizens.
