Kamiyaran: Lack of Workplace Safety Leads to Death of Construction Worker

Due to the lack of safety measures and poor working conditions, a construction worker in Kamiyaran County lost his life after falling from a height while on the job.

According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, April 27, 2025, a construction worker in Kamiyaran County died after falling from a height.
The worker has been identified by Kolbarnews as Yasin Ahmadi.

It is worth noting that in 2023, a total of 2,115 workers (2,094 men and 21 women) lost their lives in work-related accidents in Iran an 11.3% increase compared to the previous year, when 1,900 fatalities were recorded.

Iran ranks 102nd globally in terms of workplace safety compliance, a very low position.
