Twelve days after the arrest of Rasoul Yadiyar, this citizen, despite his poor physical condition, remains deprived of access to medical services, phone calls, and family visits, and his situation has caused serious concern for his family.
According to Kolbarnews, Rasoul Yadiyar, a 30-year-old citizen from the village of “Gog Tappeh” in Bukan County, remains in temporary detention and legal uncertainty and has recently been transferred to the quarantine ward of Bukan Prison. Based on this report, after the completion of interrogation procedures at the Bukan Intelligence Department detention center, this citizen was transferred to the quarantine ward of the county prison, however despite his poor physical condition, he has so far been denied medical treatment.
During interrogations, Rasoul Yadiyar was subjected to beatings in order to extract confessions, as a result of which one of his hands, his nose, jaw, teeth, and two ribs were broken, and severe bruising has been observed on various parts of his body. Despite this condition, no appropriate medical services have been provided to him. This detained citizen has also been deprived of the right to phone calls and visits with his family, which has increased the family’s concern about his physical condition and detention circumstances.
Rasoul Yadiyar, married and 30 years old, was arrested on Monday evening, December 16, 2025, by security forces in Bukan.
