According to Kolbarnews on Friday, April 3, 2026, forces of the Intelligence Department raided the private residence of Yousef Karimi in the city of Bukan, arrested him without presenting a judicial warrant, and transferred him to an unknown location.
Based on received information, during the raid, security agents searched the house and confiscated a number of this citizen’s personal belongings, taking them with them.
Yousef Karimi, who is married, has been deprived of the right to contact his family and access a lawyer since his arrest, and his family’s efforts to obtain information about his condition and place of detention have remained unsuccessful.
