Khedir Rasouli and his daughter Klara Rasouli, residents of Mahabad, remain in custody at one of Urmia’s security detention centers 48 days after their arrest.
According to Kolbarnews, the father and daughter are still being held without access to phone calls, family visits, or legal representation.
As of the time of this report, no information has been released regarding the charges against them.
Khedir and Klara Rasouli were arrested on July 10, 2025, in Mahabad by intelligence forces without a judicial warrant and were later transferred to a security detention center in Urmia.
Khedir Rasouli, born in 1956, has undergone two heart surgeries in the past and remains under medical supervision. Despite his condition, he has been denied access to necessary medical care, raising serious concerns for his health.
Klara Rasouli was born in 1988, and both are residents of Mahabad.
