Kamran Soltani, a 45-year-old cameraman from Bukan, was arrested by security forces without a judicial warrant.
According to Kolbarnews, on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 7, 2025, security forces raided Kamran Soltani’s home and arrested him, transferring him to an unknown location.
The arrest reportedly took place without the presentation of any court order.
