A citizen from Sarpol-e Zahab has been arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, Alireza Basatzadeh, a resident of Sarpol-e Zahab, was arrested by security forces of the Intelligence Department without the presentation of a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to reports, security agents raided his home and arrested him following the publication of a post in support of the people.
