Parvin Adevaei, a citizen from Marivan, has been released on bail from the Sanandaj Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center.

According to Kolbarnews, Parvin Adevaei was released on bail after being held at the Sanandaj Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center. She had been transferred to the facility’s public ward on February 17, 2025, after completing her interrogation. During her detention, she was denied access to a lawyer and family visits.
Adevaei was arrested by security forces in Marivan on Sunday, January 26, 2025, and taken to an undisclosed location. In previous years, she had been active in the field of women’s and children’s rights and was previously arrested in 2019 by security forces.
During her first arrest, the Marivan Revolutionary Court sentenced her to five years in prison on charges of “acting against national security and collaborating with a Kurdish party.” However, the Kurdistan Province Court of Appeals later reduced her sentence to one year.
