Hiwa Tatayi, a citizen from Saqqez, after approximately three months since the time of his arrest, is still being held in an uncertain and unresolved situation in the Central Prison of Sanandaj.
According to Kolbarnews on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Hiwa Tatayi was arrested without the presentation of any judicial warrant by security forces and was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj. After the completion of the interrogation process, he was transferred to the central prison of this city and has been held there ever since.
