Sanandaj: Continued Detention and Uncertainty for Four Residents of Kamiyaran

Jabar Ebrahimi, Mohammadmirza Rahmani, Mousa Tabai, and Hemin Ebrahimi, four residents of Kamiyaran, remain in legal limbo in a security detention center in Sanandaj, 13 days after their arrest. The lack of information about their condition has heightened concerns among their families and relatives.

According to Kolbarnews, these four individuals have been held without formal charges since their arrest. They have only been allowed one brief phone call with their families and have been denied access to legal representation or family visits.

They were arrested on Wednesday, February 28, 2025, by security forces in Kamiyaran, without a judicial warrant, and were subsequently transferred to a security detention facility in Sanandaj for interrogation.

As of this report, no official information is available regarding the reasons for their arrest or the charges against them.
