Marivan: Arrest of a Citizen by Security Forces

Kamran Afsari, a 29-year-old citizen from Marivan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.

According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, Kamran Afsari, a resident of the village of “Ni” near Marivan, was arrested by the city’s Intelligence Department forces and taken to an undisclosed location.

The report states that the security forces raided the family home of this citizen without presenting a judicial warrant, violently arresting him.
It is also noted that during the arrest, the security forces assaulted Kamran Afsari’s mother, hitting her on the head with the butt of a rifle.

At the time of this report, no information is available regarding the charges, the location of his detention, or his fate.
