Bahman Naderi, a resident of Kermanshah, has been sentenced to six months of imprisonment by Branch 105 of the Criminal Court Two of Kermanshah.
According to Kolbarnews, the ruling, issued recently and communicated to Mr. Naderi on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, sentenced him to six months of imprisonment for “insulting officials and officers.” The court session addressing this charge was held on December 2, 2024, in the mentioned branch.
Earlier this year, in May, Mr. Naderi was summoned to Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah. In December, the same court sentenced him to one year of suspended imprisonment and a monetary fine for “propaganda against the regime.”
Mr. Naderi was arrested by security forces on September 11, 2024, and transferred to the Intelligence Organization’s detention center in Kermanshah. After completing his interrogation, he was moved to Dieselabad Prison in Kermanshah. He was ultimately released on November 1, 2024, after posting bail of 600 million tomans.
Born in May 1990, Bahman Naderi is married and has a history of prior arrests and legal proceedings.
