Saria and Ewin Ahmadi, two teenage sisters, along with Rojbin Afsoon, residents of Urmia who were arrested on Wednesday, March 19, were released on bail from the Urmia Intelligence Office.

According to Kolbarnews, Saria Ahmadi, 17, Ewin Ahmadi, 16, and Rojbin Afsoon, 22, originally from Maku and residing in Urmia, were released on bail.
As per the report, Rojbin Afsoon was arrested by security forces at her family home on Wednesday, March 19, and was released on bail on Thursday, March 20.
Saria and Ewin Ahmadi were also arrested on Wednesday, March 19, without a judicial warrant by security forces at their family home and were released on bail a few hours later.
The release of these citizens took place after the completion of their interrogation at the Urmia Intelligence Office.
According to a well-informed source, the case of these three citizens has been referred to the Urmia Prosecutor’s Office. Additionally, their mobile phones were confiscated by security forces and have not yet been returned.
The arrests of these three individuals are reported to be connected to their participation in the Nowruz celebrations in Urmia.
As of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the charges brought against these citizens.
