Khedir Rasouli and his daughter Clara Rasouli, citizens from Mahabad, remain detained in one of the security detention centers in Urmia despite 13 days having passed since their arrest.
According to Kolbarnews, Khedir Rasouli and his child Clara remain in custody. Based on this report, the father and daughter were arrested on July 9, 2025, by intelligence forces in Mahabad without a judicial warrant.
They were subsequently transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia. During this time, these citizens have been denied the right to contact, visitation, and access to legal counsel.
Additionally, Khedir Rasouli has previously undergone two heart surgeries and remains under medical supervision. He has also been denied access to medical care during this period, which has caused concern among Mr. Rasouli’s family and relatives.
