Tehran: Continued Detention and Lack of Information on the Status of Mehdi Asadi

Eight days after the arrest of Mehdi Asadi, a citizen originally from Sanandaj and residing in Tehran, by Tehran’s security forces, there is still no information available regarding his whereabouts.

According to Kolbarews, on Monday, April 14, 2025, Mehdi Asadi was arrested by security forces in Tehran and taken to an undisclosed location.
Despite the passage of eight days since his detention, no details about his fate have been made available, leading to growing concern among his family.
