Masoud Galehbacheh, a Baloch Sukhtbar whose vehicle overturned due to gunfire from military forces and who was injured in the incident, has died as a result of the severity of his wounds.

According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, April 13, 2025, a Baloch Sukhtbar whose vehicle overturned and caught fire after being shot at by military forces and who was injured in the process lost his life due to the severity of his injuries. His assistant also died at the scene of the incident.
The deceased Sukhtbar has been identified as Masoud Galehbacheh, 30 years old, son of Aladdin, from Shirabad, Zahedan.
The other Sukhtbar who died instantly at the scene was Parviz Kharkouhi, also 30 years old, son of Ghader, married and father of two, also from Shirabad, Zahedan.
Sukhtbari considered one of the unconventional and dangerous occupations that many Baloch people in Balochistan are forced to engage in due to the lack of suitable and stable employment opportunities. Accidents, vehicle overturns, and direct shootings by military and security forces are some of the dangers that threaten the lives of Sukhtbars. According to reports by Baloch activists, in 2024, at least 240 Baloch Sukhtbars lost their lives due to shootings by military forces, traffic accidents, and vehicle fires, while 135 others were injured in these incidents, 19 of whom were children.
