Sanandaj: Goran Khodamoradi Arrested for Sentence Execution

Goran Khodamoradi, a citizen of Sanandaj, was arrested and transferred to prison after being summoned to the Fourth Branch of Sentence Execution in Sanandaj.

According to Kolbernews, on Sunday, January 2, 2025, Goran Khodamoradi, a resident of Shiyan village and living in Sanandaj, was taken into custody and transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison to serve his sentence.

Previously, the First Branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court had sentenced him to four years of suspended imprisonment and six months of mandatory imprisonment on charges of “collaboration with an opposition party and propaganda against the regime.”

On Monday, October 8, 2024, Khodamoradi was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj and taken to an unknown location. Eventually, he was temporarily released on November 16, 2024, after posting a bail of 500 million tomans, pending the completion of judicial proceedings.
