According to Kolbernews, on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, Mahyeddin Khalidian was detained by security forces in Sanandaj and taken to an undisclosed location. His home was also searched by officers, and several of his personal belongings were confiscated.
Reports indicate that his arrest took place at his workplace without a judicial warrant. Following his detention, security forces searched his home and seized some of his personal items.
