Qasr-e Qand: Death of an 8-Year-Old Baloch Child Due to Drowning in a Canal

An 8-year-old Baloch child lost his life due to drowning in a canal in Qasr-e Qand county.

According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, May 4, 2024, an 8-year-old Baloch child in the village of Chark in the Telang district of Qasr-e Qand county lost his life after falling into a canal.

The identity of this Baloch child, “Salman Jamkhaneh,” 8 years old, son of Khair Mohammad and resident of the village of Chark in the Telang district of Qasr-e Qand county, has been confirmed by local authorities.

According to local sources, “In the afternoon after the closure of the elementary school, Salman was playing around the village canal when he fell into the canal and tragically drowned.”
