According to Kolbarnews, on Monday, May 12, 2024, Mohammad Moradi, a resident of the village of “Bikous” in the jurisdiction of Piranshahr, was temporarily released from prison after eight days of detention by depositing a bail bond of one billion tomans until the end of the legal proceedings. It is worth mentioning that this citizen was deprived of access to his chosen lawyer during the detention period.
Mohammad Moradi, along with Salam Soltani, were detained by security forces in Piranshahr and transferred to an undisclosed location.
As of the time of this report, the reasons for the detention and the charges against these citizens are not known.
