The deprivation of children from education in Iran, particularly in disadvantaged areas, remains one of the country’s most serious challenges in the field of education and child rights.
According to a report by the Statistics Center of the Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI), at least three million students across the country were deprived of schooling in 2024.
